DeShawn has been nice, understanding and professional every time he has been to my house to help with my water claim. His entire crew is efficient and they work very hard. I am so pleased with Paul Davis Emergency Services. Customer service means everything when you have a loss at your home and are trying to get back to normal.
We had used this company years ago when we had a leak and they provided great service.We used them again to get a 2nd quote for work that was claimed needed to be done. Paul came out and really helped us determine what was needed and what was not. Very trustworthy. We will definitely be using them again soon.
Steve Rivera, the general manager, has been wonderful through the whole process in answering questions and putting my mind at ease. He was available right away when I called, and has answered every call and text immediately.DeShawn and the crew were here ASAP to remove all damaged drywall, sanitize and begin the drying process. They took great care to protect all our belongings, carefully removed all damaged areas, and cleaned everything before they left.I appreciate their help so much!!
