After my examination I was then hand off to one of the BEST optician ever! Ms. Lesley helped me step out of my comfort zone to find the cutest pair of red glasses. I had so much fun trying on different types of glasses with her.

I tried another Doctor once when Dr. Kirkland had moved to a different location. Since this particular Doctor was closer to me l gave him a try . Let me tell you , it just wasn’t the same !!! “Dr Patel was FANTASTIC. I’m a 50 year old woman who has been wearing contacts AND readers for 10+ years. He introduced me today to contacts that allow me to see up close without readers! Why has no one shown me these before? No clue. But Dr Patel was brilliant to introduce me to these. His staff was also kind and professional. Plus the art work in the clinic is Austin-AMAZING! A+++“

“I had an eye exam with Dr. Ramp, and overall, it was a good experience. Dr. Ramp was very nice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly during my exam. The technician who assisted me at the beginning was also polite and helpful, making the initial process smooth.

I did have to wait a bit in the exam room before seeing the doctor, but it wasn’t a big issue since I wasn’t in a rush.

The only downside was the front desk experience. When I arrived, the receptionist didn’t greet me or acknowledge me right away, leaving me standing there for a while. A more welcoming approach would have made the visit even better.“

“Dr. Vo is one of the best optometrists in Austin. I've been going to Dr. Vo for contacts and glasses for over twenty years (way before she opened the William Cannon location). She has the latest state of the art equipment for retina scans and everything needed to make sure my eyes are healthy. At this point in my life (mainly due to my dry eyes), I opt to only wear glasses, and she always ensures that my prescription is accurate. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about all the latest types of lenses and clearly explains the differences and calculates prices so I can make an informed decision. I highly recommend BVo Vision for all optometry needs.“

The tester of glaucoma , picture taker lady was very nice and it was great to the retinal scan without extra cost! No need for dilating drops! The ophthalmologist was super.“
