“My daughter and myself had excellent customer service and the Dr. was amazing as well with explaining everything in a way for both me and my daughter to understand. His staff helped both of us pick glasses and I’m the type of person who likes honesty especially when it comes to if I’m going to wear something and it doesn’t look right on me I need the truth and with that being said they went above and beyond, they helped us pick out glasses and told us what looked good with our face shape and what didn't. I honestly appreciate that. We need more honesty in this world without someone getting offended. I noticed (very little) negative reviews about Hutto Vision Care and I must say I’m very shocked because that’s not the case with what we got. We had great service!! No business is going to be perfect and there are bitter people in this world that will say anything to try and destroy a business if things don’t go the way they want or don’t like the way someone says something. Negative reviews don’t always make it true and from personal experience they were fantastic!“

She and her staff are so personable, caring, knowledgeable and always give you as much time as you need to ask questions and brainstorm what’s best based on your needs. Prior to being a patient, I found myself in a predicament just before an overseas trip – I had lost an entire box of contact lenses for one eye. “Great appt. I really enjoyed my quick appt here. There was maybe 1 mintue wait time. Doc was friendly and thorough. Answered all my questions and didnt feel rushed. I did wonder if he had my script already from my previous records ( thru insurance maybe?) bc i didnt do but maybe 1 or 2 of the (1 or 2, 3 or 4) so how did he know my stuff if it was my 1st visit there? He had to have been given my #s from eyemed. Anyway, my only critique was that they changed my appt time. Not a huge deal but it could have been. All my emails and reminders were for 1030. then all of a sudden a few days before my appt it was changed to 1015. my husband was able to move a meeting but sometimes he cant. (he has to watch our babies for most of my appts---which is why i dont make many appts lol) Aside from that, I would recommend this office to anyone.“
“I really have bad vision. Try different places but never get my vision clear until I seen dr ly . I finally can see out of my glasses. He went above and beyond and listen to all my problems. His front desk staff was really helpful . The receptionist was able to fit me in as a walk in and help me look for my vision plan. Thanks Austin family family for all your helps . “This was my first time coming to Advanced Eye Care for an annual exam for both glasses and contact lenses. I had been looking for a Black optometrist in the Round Rock/Austin area but with no luck I had given up. Advanced Eye Care was listed as an in-network provider with my insurance company. I went to their website to read about them. Much to my surprise and delight, there was a black female optometrist practicing in that office! Dr. Bridget Fuller, O.D. is amazing! We talked and laughed as if we had already known each. She took the time to answer all of my questions and even listened to part of my life story. I did not feel rushed. I appreciate her professionalism and sweet demeanor. I was looking for Black optometrist. I recommend Dr. Fuller for anyone of any ethnicity. She is the best! Upon walking into the building, I immediately felt welcomed by the front desk personnel. I was given a notepad to complete my new patient paperwork. A few minutes later, I was called back for initial examinations. I wish I could remember the exam tech's name. She was awesome! Even the check-out process was quick and easy with Danelle. Thanks Dr. Fuller, Danelle and the other staff for making going to the eye doctor a pleasant experience! See you next year!“

Dr. Buser was a pleasant surprise, her manner and care was warm, she was extremely knowledgeable, and her techniques/methods were progressive. Her technician was professional and kind as well. You know there's professionalism when the technician introduces themselves and walks you through each process. That service and care is hard to find.“

“Go; its worth it! Doctor visits are not high on my list of things to do, but eye checks are important annually. Dr. Katherine Dang and the staff at San Gabriel Eye Center made it almost pleasurable. The staff is nice, quick and competent. They do the y and pre-test quickly and soon you're in the exam room. No waiting around here - Dr. Dang was with me in about one minute. Complete, thorough eye exam delivered very personally. Dr. Dang did not rush me in and out either. She answered all my questions completely and patiently. Needless to say, Dr. Dang is my new eye doctor.“

“I've been a patient of Dr. Lynch at Tech Ridge Vision for over 6 years. Dr. Lynch's care, and eyeglass prescriptions, have been accurate. As a part of each examination, Dr. Lynch showed me the photos of my eyes and where any trouble spots were developing. It was not a surprise when I reached the time to have corrective surgery for cataracts.As I developed cataracts, Dr. Lynch referred me to a wonderful specialist physician and the surgery has been a tremendous success.The office staff is cordial and competent. I never had to wait more than two or three minutes for my annual eye exams.They accept my Health Select -Medicare Advantage insurance“

The diagnostic technician was thorough and explained each eye test carefully so I would know what to expect. The doctor also took her time and listened to my concerns. In the end, I felt I had been treated with utmost professionalism and received the most up to date care available.“
