I had the best experience today. I was lucky enough to get in same day left with two pair of contact lenses to test. Dr. Ramp & his staff were knowledgeable, professional & patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend.
I had a great experience today at Belterra Eyecare. The front desk staff was very pleasant and answered all my questions as well as reviewed what my insurance would and would not cover. Justin took me through the initial tests as well as my retina scan and was easy and pleasant to talk to. Dr Ramp was great as well! He was very patient and answered all my questions as well as gave great explanations on all my options for my first set of contacts. He was very professional and the office was very comfortable. Looking forward to working with them again as I dial in the right contact lenses for me.
Love Belterra Eyecare! The staff is all wonderful, Emily at the front desk is so helpful, Drea is great and helpful at the fittings, and Justin and Enala were so patient and helpful when my son was trying to put on contact lenses for the first time! Dr. Ramp is a wonderful caring doctor, and always addresses any concerns we have. I highly recommend Belterra Eyecare!
