I have been going here for probably 10 years and always had great experiences until the last several months when I went for an exam and took my kids. It seems there has been a lot of turnover and the staff just doesn’t seem as friendly or experienced. They ordered the wrong prescription for my son so his vision was terrible for a week. We finally got the correct ones but there was no follow up. I left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. I called again and the lady was very confused and kept asking me questions that they should have known the answer to on their end, rather than asking me. I enjoyed my visit at Innovative eye care. Every encounter was smooth from the check in process, the tech, and finally Dr.Joel Trinidad. He was informative when explaining my Optos scans, patient, and had great bedside manner.
It’s been 15 years since I’ve had my eyes checked out so I was a bit apprehensive about going. That being said I had a great visit with Dr. Trinidad! Appointment set up was easy. Very little wait time. And Dr. Trinidad was calming and thorough. Really made it easy, painless, and got all my questions answered to a great detail. Recommend!
