“I had a good experience, contrary to all of these reviews. Both of the staff members I talked with during drop off and pick up were friendly, clear and well-spoken.

Clothes were ready next day.

Price was fair, and the manager reached out after my pick up to follow up with me if i needed anything else.

“I needed a dress cleaned and was in the area of this location. The young woman who took my order was very informative and friendly. The turn-around time was great-in fact, they had it ready much earlier than what they told me. The price was quite reasonable. I was also allowed to use a coupon that I found at the Jack Brown website. I plan to use this location for future cleaning.“

“I was told two weeks for a blanket to be washed and it’s still not ready three weeks later. They don’t give any answers other than still not here. Never had this experience with such late due dates when laundering elsewhere. When the blanket was available for pick up it looked great!“
