Absolute waste of money to take anything here. Sent my pants in for an extra heavy starch and they came back worse than when I dropped them off they were just washed and pressed.. I didn’t get my bag back and when I called the only answer I was given was “sorry”…
Dropped off two shirts for dry cleaning. Picked them up and the sleeve buttons were broken off and now it’s going to take 2 weeks to fix the buttons. No remorse from the employee, no sorry, no other solution besides a 2 week turn around time for buttons they broke off.
I rarely write reviews, but stay away from this establishment. Was extremely dissapointed with my experience. I left a suit and a shirt to be cleaned.
1. They lost my suit jacket.
2. I recieved my shirt totally wrinkled.
When I asked what about my jacket, no answer or apology, simply said “we will give you a call”. I was so dissapointed that the items I did recieve were not even in decent shape, I didn’t even want to ask for a re-do and risk my shirt being lost.
From the outside this place seems very badly run and they have completely lost my trust.
