“I've been using Bedford Oaks family vet for almost 2 years now and have been more than impressed with the level of attention you get from the staff and doctors. This morning I had an appointment with my Jake for some routine care. When they weighed him, he was almost 2 pounds lighter since his last appointment in December which greatly concerned me. Their was a relief doctor in today, Dr Abalos, who sat and talked with me through this trying to figure out what it could be and why he is losing weight because he is totally healthy and not showing signs of being sick. After sharing Jake's diet and supplements with Dr Abalos, she quickly figured out what the cause, more than likely was, in being an ingredient in a supplement that I was giving him daily. It also answered a question of why he was sometimes throwing his food up right after eating because he wasn't able to digest this ingredient. Thank you Dr Abalos for spending so much time with me this morning helping me try to figure this out. The love and concern you showed today was outstanding!! And thank you to the techs and office staff for always being friendly and showing that you care.“

“We really like this vet’s office and doctors. The doctor called after he finished my dog’s dental procedure to let me know what he did and how she was doing. They even adjusted the bill downward since her procedure turned out to be less difficult than originally expected. The vet tech called us the next day to see how she was doing and if we had any questions.“

He had a funeral the next day, he called me right after to give my my cats test results. Then he followed up with us several times. The following week, I took my cat for a follow up and also brought my dog, who had a large tumor, he said that he could not preform the surgery there and referred me to 2 other vets. “I highly recommend this place of business for your pets. I woke up to my puppy very very sick and was terrified that she wasn’t gonna make it. I’m 8hours from home and was very iffy on using a different vet. From the moment I walked in it was a relief. It was clean. You would never think it was a vets office from how nice it was. The lady at the front desk was so kind, patient, and went out of her way to help us. The vet and his assistant were also very kind. They came out told me what test they were gonna run where it would range from and that they would call us to confirm before treating. The setting was all together professional, clean, and welcoming. I called and he spoke with me for quite a while giving me a lot of suggestions on what to do with my dog suffering from heart disease. My own vet wouldn't tell me anything only being her in. “This is the GOAT! Honestly, the staff and doctors are excellent. Compared to going to your home veterinary and being told, " we have to extract the tooth." We don't do that is human dental care, so why do it in our babies. Unless it is necessary and vital to health reasons. They saved the tooth by capping it, and though the other could not be saved, it had to come out, but it was like our wisdom teeth. Not required to chew our food.
The point is this is the place to go if you want excellent dental care.
