Was looking around for a new Vet after being with our old one for over 20 years-lots of changes in the practice, rotating Vets, impossible to get an appointment without waiting for 2 weeks, closed on Saturdays now, prepay required for an appointment.... the list goes on!Came across several recommendations and glowing reviews for North Texas Veterinary.Very pleased with our initial visit and the follow up of the practice.Have every confidence they will live up to their reputation!
I have been going to North Texas Vet Clinic since my dog was a pup. They have a wonderful staff and Vets. Appointments are timely, efficient and informative. They make sure to always let me know up front what services and procedures can be performed and what those charges will be. I feel very confident taking my pet here.
Our family was devastated when our elderly chihuahua passed away. NTVC helped us to navigate through his arrangements with kindness, sensitivity and care. They even sent us a lovely sympathy card with heartfelt messages from several members of their staff. What an unexpected and amazing gesture, I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend.
