I have used this place a few different times and trust me, when you need a place like this fast, it's a blessing they are there! My last encounter was with my cat and an internal medicine issue that came up quickly. The entire staff and especially the vet that assisted us, made for a very good experience. I feel I have additional time with my kitty due to their professionalism and kindness. Yes, pricing is a bit high, but not outrageous. (That just comes with the nature of their business model). I felt I recieved good value for what I paid. Will use again if the need arises!
The staff was very friendly and got us checked in quick and into a room. We did go during the night which I appreciate the 24 hours availability so very much. The tech was in, understood the issues, got all the information and quickly the vet was there to tell me in detail what was going to be done to help my baby out. I understand things would be cheaper if I went to my vet, but in the middle of the night this was a Big help.
This place is amazing. Staff are very friendly. I brought my doggy in because he was hurting and limping. They took him back right away. Gave him medicine for the pain. The doctor came in to the room to explain everything. They gave me detailed printed instructions in how to care for him at home. The whole thing took less than an hour.They gave me the prices and explained everything. When they brought my doggy back to me they had even cut his nails.I will continue to bring him here for emergencies. They go above and beyond and listen to your concerns. Thank you for caring for my fur baby.
