He handled the entire process of coordinating adjusters, appraisers, and mediators to get my roof replaced when it had previously been disapproved by TWIA. Frog is an excellent communicator and always made himself available to keep me informed. The new roof system used by TCB Elite is a better roof than I have seen on others in my area.“
