I strongly recommend to anyone experiencing problems with getting their roof repair/replacement approved through TWIA or other insurance to contact Mark “Frog” Gatlin with TCB Elite. He handled the entire process of coordinating adjusters, appraisers, and mediators to get my roof replaced when it had previously been disapproved by TWIA. Frog is an excellent communicator and always made himself available to keep me informed. The new roof system used by TCB Elite is a better roof than I have seen on others in my area.
TCB Elite Fleet estimated, planned and worked with us and our insurance company to arrange our roof replacement. The job went exactly as Cory had explained to us. The roof was replaced in one day with absolutely no issues. Cory and the folks at TCB were patient and answered all our questions, the job executed as planned. Great customer service and follow up to insure we were happy with the job.
