Lower Bids Roofing arrived on time (7am) and immediately went to work. Due to possible rainy weather, they included extra crew. the crew worked straight through, with a short break and were complete by 2:45. A job well done and the cleanup was excellent. In addition, due to a previously scheduled trim, they assisted me in obtaining the POA architectural approvals. I would definitely recommend them for your roof replacement.

The best overall experience working with a company who has you in mind. Jeremy the overseer of my roofing project went way and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. The crew , so much fun. I enjoyed them when they to a break in my back yard . They cleaned every nail and scrape pieces from the ground up. Jeremy made sure everything was left better than found. Thank you LowerBids for your patience when o insurance $$ didn’t come as thought. David always ended our conversation to say pray for us and we will for you. LeAnn always keeping in touch with gentle reminders never badgering. This family owns and run company is the go to for your roofing needs.

My roof is around 28 years old and in dire need of a replacement. My brother recommended David to me and boy I’m so glad I got in touch with him.David and his crew did a super awesome job with the entire project.They are very respectful, prompt, and professional and always keeps their customers needs in mind and makes sure that they deliver what is needed.
