I see Jennifer and she is absolutely amazing. She is always so courteous. Jennifer has been doing my hair, both my girls hair and my sons hair for a while now. My kids are super comfortable with her. She always take the time to go over what we want and she is honest about what the outcome may be, weather we are paying for a color that will not last a few weeks, what might damage our hair, or what will give us the look we want without harmful damage. I appreciate her honesty, integrity and her love for her job!

My first visit with this amazing woman was nothing shy of a wonderful experience. She listened to my concerns help me decide a hair coloring route and made me feel confident in my decisions. She took my ragged hair and transformed it into something more. I was scared about cutting off over half my hair but she shaped it and made it form to my features. Yay, a day for nails, the sign reads something like that. I surely felt that way! And the luxury of this small town Saigon Spa and Nails was certainly inviting. Comfortable lounge chairs, diligent attendees, quiet soothing music. I would just like to know how to grow orchids as theirs.

I took a friend with me to go get our nails done and let me just say that they are fabulous here they know how to hold on to a conversation they make you feel very comfortable and they're all family-oriented which is the best. they offer more than one thing they have waxing pedicures manicures massages and they also asked you how long you want ur nails and what shape you want.
I have had back shoulder and neck issues for years. My wife booked me a deep tissue massage and I was hesitant to go because I am close minded and don't listen too my wife:) But.... I went and I cannot believe how amazing I feel. Chase was incredible, the best experience I have ever had. I will be going bi weekly moving forward. Not only am I in no pain and feel so relaxed, I have now learned my wife is always right. Book with Chase you wont regret it.

I just went in yesterday 6/26/26 for my routine exams and cleaning. Everything checked out fine and the staff were good. The dentist is a really nice lady. Good place to go if you need a competent dentist office.
I visited Signature Smiles of Bastrop for my first time on Thursday December 11, 2025 and my second time a day later (more on that). I haven't been to the dentist since last year, a choice I made after not finding one I liked. My Wife uses this office and I finally acquiesced to going. Upon walking into lobby I noticed it was bit unkempt with food and some paper on the floor. They were busy, even very busy but I wondered how long all that had been there. I was greeted and checked in quickly no real wait there. The day prior I was called by the dentist office and asked to come in an hour early (I assume someone before me cancelled). I did as requested and wasn't taken back until fifteen minutes after my appointment time. The young lady who took me back never gave me her name. I guess she was may have been distracted, not sure. She was pleasant and did greet me. My x-rays and exam were conducted. She then brought the dentist in. I believe I was checked out by Dr. McGuffin. She was really nice and pleasant as well. She was thorough with my exam and was sure to ask if I had questions. After the exam I was then told, oh you're going to have to come back for your cleaning. What? So you can request I come in early (yes I still had a choice to say no) and I do. But you can't communicate until the end that your hygienist are running behind? Meaning now I've got to take space out of my day, using my fuel to return. If they had informed me earlier, I wouldn't have been so disappointed. I went ahead and scheduled to go back Friday December 12th early and did. My hygienist Drea was really kind and nice as was her assistant (I didn't get his name). They were careful and respectful with my care. Overall not the worst experience obviously. My 4 stars is more like 3.5 for the lobby and lack of communication. The employees are all nice and they really seem like a family. You can tell they work together pretty good and seem to enjoy what they do. One other thing, some of the furniture is older and torn but I'm not on HGTV and am not an interior decorator. I imagine they have plans to replace it in the near future. To me unless some of the metal framing is poking through or the vinyl scratches you, it's not a big deal to me. I'll return and I hope for better communication in the future.

I've been going to Kapsners for several years now. The ladies that run the front desk are so very nice. The wait is never long. The Dr.s are super attentive and they actually listen. And the cost is extremely reasonable. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
I can't say enough good things about the team at Airrosti Bastrop. Dealing with a herniated disc is incredibly stressful and painful, but from the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely supported. They are some of the sweetest, nicest people you will ever meet, combined with an elite level of professionalism. They took the time to truly listen, explain exactly what was happening, and map out a recovery plan that gave me my mobility back. If you are struggling with a disc injury, do yourself a favor and see them—they are absolute lifesavers!

The only negative part of the experience was the initial “welcoming” I received from the front desk lady. She was slightly condescending and rude, not comforting in a situation where I thought my dog was going to need surgery and I was clearly frazzled. Probably not the best first impression, but the staff in the back are what made a difference!
As an r+ certified dog trainer, this is the only boarding facility I trust in north Austin. They typically go above and beyond and have the utmost safety practices for each dog. The staff are friendly, and the peace of mind from knowing the animal hospital is next door is priceless.
This is the only place I will take my dogs. Rachel is usually who helps me but the whole team is amazing. I have two dogs usually takes an hour. Plenty tume for me to do in town errands. Great Job Hair of the Dog.

I recently went to Nature's Divine and my experience was amazing Dr. Amber Nicole Williams really knew how to pinpoint my problem areas in my massage. I literally got off the table feeling amazing and as a big guy that's saying a lot.
