“Ron came to our house to try to make a repair. He was courteous and knowledgable. He ended up taking the washing machine back to his shop to run a diagnostic on it and confirm his suspicions After he checked it out, the repair would have cost more than the washer ever cost when it was brand new. He recommended that we probably wanted to purchase a new one based on the age of the machine and the type of repair it would need. It was wonderful working with someone that was honest and looking out for me. I will work with WCU on any future issues I might have and will highly recommend their services to friends and family!!“
