“Our experience with all the owners & staff of TTW was excellent. We are very happy with the quartz counters and quartz undermount sink they installed in our kitchen.<br><br>Patricia and Stephanie, in the showroom, and Nicoli heading the work team were all so friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with.<br><br>Right from the start, Patricia gave me such clear information about the process and pricing which I was completely unfamiliar with. She was so helpful selecting the quartz, giving just the right degree of guidance. Thankfully she also solved my dilemma about what type of sink material to choose. She even kindly did an extra estimate for further work in our house & didn’t mind when I then realized that it was too much to do at once. Nicoli was equally helpful and open as he came to measure our space and further detail the process, noting special issues to address.<br><br>Nicoll & Aaron lead the team to remove the old counters, planning for things that would take extra attention such as where the quartz would need more support. Jose, the fabricator, took extra care to get very accurate measurements since our project required nearly every bit of one quartz slab.<br><br>The work was largely done in 3 days, one day between for fabrication. Jose’s installation team worked straight through the day, only the plumbing needed to wait overnight for sealant to set.<br><br>I believe we got excellent value for the cost of this project, just based on the vague estimator on Lowe’s site. Nicoli was very clear about the few items that would add a charge to the working estimate we were given. The experience with every person from TTW was the truly invaluable aspect of this project. I would turn to TTW again for further work in our house, without a doubt.”
