This company is by appointment only. I made one and showed up a little early. The gentleman was very professional and courteous while I explained the problem of my laptop and he did not interrupt. Once I was done he wrote my name and number to text me and inform the problem of my laptop to me. The diagnostic didn't take long at all and he also took my dvd out of the disc drive for me. If you need laptop diagnostic /repair Charlie is your guy!!!
