The inspection helped clarify the situation before the official city inspection, which allowed the customer to pass inspection the very next day without delays. Alex also took the time to provide a clear verbal quote and explained the scope in a straightforward way. His professionalism, patience, and attentiveness stood out. During a December flood issue, Alex came immediately on a Sunday evening to take care of everything and inspected all plumbing connections. He went beyond expectations by finding an error with a new dishwasher connection. Reliant Plumbing has always been there for any plumbing issues, and they are quick and efficient.
