James is wonderful. He always does professional work but he is also very personable. Through all that he has completed for us, he has become "family".This time he repaired a toilet leak. (I could not get the list of services to drop down below.)
James did a great job. He arrived on time, gave us a quote on the work needed, and completed the job quickly and with attention to detail including cleaning up the cabinet before leaving. He is courteous and friendly. We are very pleased!
James was professional and courteous and assessed the problem quickly. He explained what the problem was, how he would repair it and how much it would cost. Very thorough. And . . . I love the pen he gave us!
