The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence. What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. Our three rules for referrals are 1.Show up when they say they’ll show up, 2. Do what they say they’re going to do and 3. Say Please and thank you. 21st Century did all 3 and in addition, did an excellent job of painting the entire exterior of our house in a total of 3 days instead of the 5 that they estimated. Gary was very friendly and thorough in the estimate and wrote exactly what they would do- line item by line item so there would be no misunderstanding. They also replaced some wood that needed replacing and gave me their opinion about colors. The price was right in line with the other two. His contractors were also very friendly and explained any questions I had and Gary was always prompt to return my texts either answers. If I could give 11 stars, I would. Highly recommend!“
