Austin Roofing & Water Damage | WDR is a reliable and professional business that provides roof installation, repair, and replacement services at competitive rates. They have years of experience and the necessary skills, technology, and equipment to complete roofing work efficiently and promptly. The company values customer satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations by treating every customer with respect and professionalism.
One customer had a small squirrel hole on their roof, and after receiving a reasonable quote from WDR, the repair was completed as scheduled. The company even inspected the whole roof to ensure there were no other damages.
Customers have expressed gratitude and praise for the excellent work that WDR has done, and every referral they have made has also been satisfied with the company's services. The staff, particularly Joseph Dickerson, were amazing and set the customers' minds at ease. Joseph was highly responsive and took care of everything, leading to positive experiences and recommendations for the company.
Customers have found WDR to be honest and knowledgeable. Jon Giordano was able to quickly fix a leak related to a hot water heater vent pipe and did not charge for his work on a rental property's leaky roof. Brandon Hinojo was helpful, put customers at ease, and worked well with insurance adjusters during the roof replacement process. Brandon also provided honest assessments, identifying no hail damage and recommending a dryer vent cleaning to prevent a fire.
Daniel is the man. He did a thorough inspection and found some minor issues with my roof that he didn't think needed to be repaired right now. It was very refreshing to meet someone who didn't try to pressure us into a sale or up sale us on anything. I suspect we will need to replace our roof in a few years and will definitely call Daniel first.
Highly recommend Brad from Austin Roofing Company! Brad arrived right on schedule and used a drone to thoroughly inspect my roof. Instead of pushing for an unnecessary replacement, he gave me an honest and professional assessment, letting me know my roof is mid-life with at least 5 years of remaining life. It is rare to find someone with this level of honesty and professionalism who doesn't just try to sell you a new roof. I truly appreciate his integrity and highly recommend his services!
We had a great experience with WDR for our roof replacement and gutter installation. Blake was great to work with from start to finish, always on time, responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable.
From getting the initial pricing through installation and even afterward, he was always available to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. They replaced our old roof, handled the removal and reinstallation of the solar panels, and installed new gutters.
Everything went smoothly and we really appreciated how easy Blake made the process. Would definitely recommend WDR!
