I couldn't be happier with the service provided by this roofing company. Luis went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns about materials and installation techniques, taking the time to meet with me personally. Not only did they stick to their schedule and budget, but they also subcontracted the tricky job of removing and reinstalling my gutters, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction despite a few hiccups along the way. Plus, it's awesome to know that they give back to the community by donating a portion of their profits to a local nonprofit. Highly recommend these guys for their expertise and their heart!
Happy with all aspects of this company. Luis came to the rent house and took pictures and showed me the need for a new roof. It was apparent that a new roof was needed. Luis was always available to answer my questions. Had four companies bid on a roof replacement. Austin Roofing gave me the best price. The roof replacement was started and completed on the same day. A few days later, the roof was inspected by Nick. Was pleased with all aspects of this company. Have other houses and will give Austin Roofing full consideration to do another roof replacement.
