My review is solely based on customer service and those who call and solicit business. This is not about the roofing itself, I want to be clear about that. I received a phone call from your company asking if I would like free roofing consultation, and the caller was polite. When he asked if I was the home owner of my address, I corrected him and told him that I am a renter. He immediately hung up the phone on me. That was rude and uncalled for. If any business is wanting to solicit their services to others, whether you are a homeowner or a renter, it does not warrant hanging up the phone on someone. While I have not personally had them install a roof on my house. We do work with this team every week. They hired our company to do quality control training with their Sales people each week.
