“787 Construction installed an Attic Breeze SFA-35W solar fan on my two story house with a very steep roof. My initial visit with Mathew was very informative. I felt very comfortable with his fan/roofing knowledge and expertise. Jax and Fidel's team provided a good quality installation of the Attic Breeze fan and closing of closeby static vents to ensure proper fan operation and compliance with installation warranty guidelines. I was very pleased with the entire process and final result. The new fan should provide enhanced ventilation and lower attic temperature for two HVAC units.

“I’ve had two great experiences with TWT now. First, when I needed the roof of my house replaced in 2021 - the team was accommodating and came by to present different types & colors of shingles. I made my choice and had a new roof within like 2 days.

Next, 5 years down the road, I needed branches trimmed because I neglected the trees in my backyard and I could hear them scraping my roof. I hired arborists to do that job and they found a hole the branches had scraped on my Ridgeline. I called TWT and Keith answered. Within a couple of days (and knowing rain was coming), he was able to come check it out, and Manuel fixed it with hours still remaining before the storm. The roof (other than the hole) has remained in great shape despite years of hail storms and Texas heat.
