Jorge & his company did a fantastic job with informing us of the process, products & procedures. They were very conscientious and the crew was incredible. We have had past issues simply bc we are older women. These folks were polite and never condescending. It was clear from the beginning that Jorge was completely invested in our satisfaction with the work. We love our new floors. They weren’t the cheapest but they were the best value.
Update! We have had this flooring quite a while now and it continues to be one of our best purchases.
The office staff was helpful and the process was smooth. Once the deposit was paid, the installation date was scheduled promptly and the new carpet was well installed and looks great.
Really appreciate their communication and professionalism throughout the process. They did a great job on floor installation. I definitely recommend. Thank you Jorge
