5601 New York Ave, Arlington“Our little Yorkie, Sophie, a 4 lb, 16 year old bundle of love was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease near the end of December 2025 and for the next two months spent three days a week getting fluids at Creekside Animal Hospital in Arlington. We would prepare the fluids at home and then take Sophie to Creekside and they would administer the injection. However, it was just a matter of time before our little Sophie Girl would cross that rainbow bridge and she did so on February 16, 2026. Her getting sick was more difficult for my wife and I than it seemed to be for our precious one and for two months the doctors and staff at Creekside were very understanding and caring and gave Sophie the best care possible under her circumstances. My wife and I wish to sincerely thank Creekside for the love they extended Sophie in her final days. For us, we are still coping with our loss, Sophie was our favorite hello and our hardest goodbye. Thank you Creekside for your humanity. Mark and Natalie Monroe“

5525 S Cooper St, Arlington“Ive really been enjoying the Puppy Kindergarten program at PetSuites with my puppy, Emmie. I had no idea that PetSuites even offered a separate program from their regular daycare and boarding, but they do, and it’s been such a great experience. The one-on-one time Emmie gets with Zoe in her one on one tutoring has had such a positive impact on her growth and confidence. You can tell Zoe and the entire team truly care about the well-being and development of each puppy. They’re also great about communicating how your pup’s day went and what they’re working on, which makes such a difference as an owner. PetSuites offers a ton of services and fun extras to keep your fur baby happy and engaged. Honestly, I have no complaints — the staff is wonderful, Emmie’s thriving, and I’d highly recommend both PetSuites and their Puppy Kindergarten program to anyone who wants their puppy to have the best start possible. I will definitely continue to bring Emmie here once she graduates. ?“

They were gentle with her. They even gave her a plate of whipped cream to eat. Everyone there knew how devastated we were loosing our beloved girl. I cannot tell you how grateful we are.“

3822 Jason Dr, Arlington“In my 16 years of living in DFW, I have visited 3 other vet offices and 2 vet hospitals. The current owners of Jason-Little Road Animal Clinic are exceptional people! They truly care about people and their pets. Not only do they provide a warm, caring and loving experience for your pet but also for their humans. A sick or dying pet is upsetting, and JLRAC staff and doctors make a huge effort to comfort and ease stress. They offer a loving environment during sick visits or when you must euthanize your pet. They are willing to work with customers on price and offer finance plans to ease the burden of a sick or dying pet. They always make time to listen to concerns and answer questions. This is the best place with the best doctors in the metroplex!“

4008 Glenbrook Dr, Arlington“This past Wednesday was a hard day for me and my family as our beloved dog, Pilot went to heaven. But, I had to leave a glowing review for Lisa because she showed me how to train Pilot and it set us up for a wonderful 13 1/2 years together. Truly, this dog was the greatest animal of my entire life! Lisa is a gifted dog trainer and is passionate about it. I'll never forget when we advanced to the off leash class many years ago. Lisa kidded me that if she could do it with her chihuahua Flash then I could do it with a schnauzer.
One last thought – if you're reading this and you have a young puppy – do not wait to make it up to Lisa's K-9 kids. The key for Pilot's successful life as a domestic family dog was from the period between 7 weeks and 8 months. If you have an older dog, they really can learn new tricks and Lisa is a great one to teach you to teach them how to do it! She taught me a principle I'll carry with me forever, and that's there are not good and bad dogs. There are trained dogs, and untrained dogs.
Thank you Lisa for 13+ years of happiness with my sweet Pilot!“

5820 W Interstate 20, Arlington“I really enjoyed bringing my cat Zeus here, even though I sometimes had to drive 30 minutes to get there. It was worth the drive! All of the vets I saw there were great but I had the most visits with Dr. Kraft, who is very patient and makes you feel as if you and your baby are his only patients! I am an overbearing cat mom that sometimes requested unnecessary things and he was great at talking through why he thought it might not be that helpful but was also great at using shared decision-making and still willing to order something if it wasn’t harmful and would give me peace of mind.
I moved out of Texas and am now waiting in an ER that is a lot less convenient to use and seems to try to upcharge everything, which was the opposite of the experiences I’ve had at I-20. I wish there were another I-20 near my new home with the same amazing doctors! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies!“

7817 S Cooper St, Arlington“Miss Diva Piper Rose will accept nothing but the finest. We were very scared in 2021 as it was our first time boarding our baby anywhere. But we knew she could not be left home while we are on vacation. I drove the staff bonkers with phone calls every day that year and they were so kind and understanding and placed me on hold to go see what she was doing. Piper was scared the first time. In 2021 Piper did pick up a respiratory infection during her time there but nothing a little medicine couldn't fix. I called them and let them know about it and they were very nice about it. September 2021 Piper had another short stay with no problems at all. But in 2022 and 2023 she RAN to the door! Tail wagging a mile a second. She loves the older man that works there particularly. I believe they have a special relationship. Country Acres has become Pipers summer camp every year while we are on vacation. And her short fall camp every September. They have been wonderful and their rates are very fair. Country Acres has given us no reason to believe they mistreat or neglect the animals. The fact alone that Piper Rose gets crazy excited when we drop her off and she RUNS to the back to see all her friends and counselors tells me all I need to know about this facility. Piper looks forward to her upcoming summer camp and fall camp in 2024. I understand the frustration of some on here about their fur babies. But bashing, slandering, and damaging a small, family run business that we all should be supporting is not appropriate. For us, since 2021 we have been more than pleased. And we are very protective of our Cocker Spaniel. It is your responsibility to make sure your dog or cat is in good health, is emotionally stable, and boarding ready. You can not blame these nice people because you did not take care of your responsibilities. These are just the facts. This facility is Piper Rose Approved ?“
