“Jessica was just the helper mom needed after her hospital stay. Senior Shield was flexible and able to work with the afternoon hours caring for mom. Jessica helped mom learn how to use her new nebulizer. She also watched her PT visits so she could help mom practice on the “off” days. She collected moms paper and packaged daily from the concierge at moms senior residence. She picked up mom’s meals and warmed them and served them the way mom liked. She prepared some breakfasts as well. She provided shower support and did laundry, the dishes, cleans the kitchen and floors every day. It was a huge peace of mind to have someone as caring and attentive as Jessica looking out for mom as she recovered!”

“My dad has been living at Parkview in Allen for the last 3 years following mom’s death. Four months ago, he had a feeding tube inserted…nothing could be taken orally. Grace to the rescue. On short notice, they pulled all of their people in for a training from Medicare (had to be certified). At first they were connecting him up first thing in the morning, crushing and giving him his meds, and stopping by throughout the day to assisting with potty breaks and trips to play Bingo. Then, every evening, they would move him to the bedroom and situate him for the night. These people were so wonderful and kind. He now can disconnect and reconnect on his own…but Grace still sets him up in the morning and gives him his meds and tucks him in at night. They even trouble shoot the pump on occasion when it gets clogged.<br><br>I have dealt with just about everyone on the Grace team over the last few months and cannot say enough about their gracious and caring attitudes. Ebella is wonderful. I love this woman. Highly recommend their services to anyone.”
