“When my 100-year old father became bed-bound in his Assisted Living facility in September 2023, I sought out a service to care for him at night. Caring Mountain provided three wonderful, experienced and caring professionals that provided care for dad from 8pm to 8am seven days a week. Birgitta, Linda and Victoria all provided consistent, all encompassing care for dad while keeping me informed of his status and any concerns. It was a tremendous relief to me to have someone trusted and equipped to handle his needs each night, allowing me some rest and recuperation from my daily caregiving. “I worked for CNC for 6 years. When I started I had no intention on being with them but a few months, I was seeking a social work position but they gave me the most awesome client which also allowed me to really get to know Chris Claussen and all I can say is that he’s an awesome human being. Everything I strive to be. Impeccable integrity, a huge heart, patient, he taught me so much, and he’s an asset to the community. Tammy is his right hand woman so while she is a supervisor she deals more directly with the clients. Then there’s Stephanie, she’s the caregivers direct supervisor and absolutely incredible. I’ve read the other comments and sure sometimes communication is not the best, but Stephanie will always clear anything up that you want or need to know. A lot of their caregivers have been with them 5, 10, even 15 years, wether you’re looking for a caregiver or looking for work the stability of their caregivers is certainly impressive. Because it is a small private agency, nothing is bound by some corporate policy when it comes to a clients needs. I highly recommend them if you’re in need of a caregiver and if you’re seeking employment: 1) Don’t call in (unless you’re sick, then bring a doctors note, and make sure it has a release back to work date; they won’t ask for one), 2) Don’t turn down assignments, 3) Report concerns, even if it’s ratting out your co worker, 4) Don’t gossip, and 5) No drama allowed.“

“After my knee replacement and complications, Home Health Professionals were called.I was fortunate that Rico was assigned as my therapist. He is very kind and we were able to reach the goals for my knee rehab. I would say the is a great coach to talk me through some tough times. When I have my second knee replaced, I will certainly request Rico as my therapist.“
“Michelle and Brandi did an amazing job. After my surgery on February 27, Michelle gave me my meds, check for my balance to avoid falls. She took me to my surgery and waited for me, then drove me home. On Feb 28, Brandi took care of me. She took me to the doctors office, I felt as a friend was there for me. Both of the very professional, empathetic and they make you feel secure. I do recommend Tailor Made Senior Services for home care needs. I am only 56 years old and they took care of me.“
