“At first I was not receiving any emails from Apria on either of my 2 email then suddenly weeks later I receive them.I do favor my gmail address.My new hose and masks arrived sooner than I expexted, the person who set it up for faster delivery did a great job!John was able to guide me in connecting my new hose…. What a gentle spirit!!!!I did receive one mask that he said wasn’t Apria’s but it did come in my package…I also appreciate Apria’s ability to hop in and allow John to guide me and my husband ;)“
