“I have professionally worked with this home care agency and was recently extremely impressed that they took the time to come to our rehab hospital with their caregiver to make sure they were properly trained to work with our patient once they went home. This was something they reached out to us about to ask if they could be involved in family training before discharge. They have also always advocated for their clients who they recognized needed extra rehab or resources to make sure they can age in place at home. We really appreciate working with an agency that communicates so well with us about our mutual patient/client!!!”
