“We have been with DFW Home Care for several months now. Management (Courtney and Ashley) have been very professional with myself (daughter of the patient) and my dad (85 years old and stuck in his ways LOL).

Barbara my dad's primary home health aid consistently shows a genuine caring attitude during every shift with my dad. He is a man of few words with most people. But her ability to connect on a personal level with myself, my brother and both my parents is a true blessing to our family during this stressful season of their lives.

This type of job is very hard and sometime thankless so I wanted to take a moment to show my appreicate for DFW Home Care and Barbara.

“My father moved to Parkwood in 2021. Dad is independent but needed some support. At Parkwood my father gets rides to medical appointments. They provide residents meals. They also do daily welfare checks, which is a huge load off the he family’s concern. They have activities for the residents. The most valued feature is that he support call button where staff on site can quickly help resident. We are happy with Parkwood.“
