Outstanding service today from Jessy. He was polite, professional and arrived when expected. Jessy was very respectful of my floors/carpet and most important me cleaned up after himself. Jessy also went the extra mile to explain all he had done and answered all my questions. Great job, thanks for coming out! Dryer vent cleaning (and there was A LOT, i had no idea)
Hired United Home Services to clean our dryer vent. Jonathan was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us tips for the future. Presented himself and the company well. Showed up on time and paid what we were quoted.
Today - Labor Day! - United Home Services came to my home because I was having trouble with my dryer getting my clothes completely dry. Steven immediately went to work, and discovered A LOT of lint trapped in the ductwork. He was so polite, and did a great job getting the duct in tip top shape, cleaning out the duct on the roof as well as behind the dryer. He offered to look at all of the ducts in our home, but we elected to wait on that since we're on a fixed income. You can be sure we will contact United Home Services the next time, and hopefully Steven will come back.
