I cannot say enough about how great our experience has been with Home Instead. The Plano office staff has been consistently thorough and responsive. They listen carefully to our needs and concerns and make every effort to meet them — going above and beyond. They have been flexible when changes are needed in the schedule or care plan. And our caregiver has been simply amazing. She is so kind, caring and attentive — you can tell this is much more than just a job for her. She genuinely, obviously loves my parents. Thrilled that with good communication and solid effort, we were able to find an excellent match to assist with my 94 year old - Dad's care. If you haven't found the right fit, keep at it, Jay Hill will work with you to find the right fit. Sometimes it's timing and a little luck, but if help is needed, be clear, be patient, and use Home Instead! I'm so thrilled we stayed the course and found a great match for our needs!
