He left no stone unturned and communicated his findings, sans techno-speak. We also learned that he was the first employee.We received the proposals. Amazingly, the total cost, including the heater, fit our budget. I called the office, authorized the work, and installation was scheduled. Two techs arrived and started work a bit after 7:00 AM. Disassembling the old system in the attic, and getting them to the front yard was not an easy task; nor was moving the new equipment to the attic.
