Grayson responded by telephone and spoke with me about the problems we were experiencing and gave me advice about what direction we might want to go to resolve the issues we were dealing with and a tentative quote on what to expect for the service that Elder’s would provide. Grayson responded along with Brennan and they worked together to get our new softener, iron breaker and the pre filter installed. and set it up for proper operation. Grayson was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and also gave me quite a few suggestions for any future equipment that we might need. One of my clients in Arlington had an issue with a/c. She does not speak English. Chinese only. She called me for help around 9:50. At 1:26 the technician had diagnosed and fixed the problem. Now that is customer service. I was away and could not interrupt for her. The tech did a fantastic job and communicated with her well. She is very pleased. She thinks I am a hero for getting her help, but the hero is that young man that took such good care of my client. We are not even customers of Texas Total Comfort. But we are now! Give them a call, they do the job and donit right with a great attitude of, we will do what it takes to make this customer comfortable. Because they actually do care.

Very nice staff! I messed up and went to the wrong office … they redirected me to the correct location & called ahead to let their other office we would be late. They could have just told us to reschedule but they made it work anyway. Once we arrived, Dr Swayden got to us quickly, explained the procedures we needed & took care of it. My German Shepherd Mochi was very sick. I took her to three different veterinarians and third one was a charm - Dr. Wise! She diagnosed Mochi and operated right away. Dr. Wise and the entire staff at Clearfork Veterinary Clinic are extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Wise is the first veterinarian that I have complete confidence in. Had my first visit today with Christopher. Love his personality! He’s attentive, inquisitive, and funny. He did a great job on my cut. I have frizzy curly hair that looks atrocious most of the time. Walked out feeling refreshed. He spent a long time on the cut and made sure I was happy with his work before leaving. I’ve never had anyone ask me if there was anything I needed him to change or do differently as he did. I will be a repeat customer.

They don't rush the process and force a bad situation. Calm and slower approach is sometimes necessary and Vista does a great job at recognizing this when it's happening. Certainly a unique experience in most service businesses. ****** went to work. He thoroughly tested everything, located the leak, and as expected, we needed a new compressor, and evaporator. Another recommendation was to replace the gas heater as it was two years older than the A/C system. ******, was not only an excellent tech, but personable and professional. He left no stone unturned and communicated his findings, sans techno-speak. We also learned that he was the first employee.We received the proposals. Amazingly, the total cost, including the heater, fit our budget. I called the office, authorized the work, and installation was scheduled. Two techs arrived and started work a bit after 7:00 AM. Again, stellar performers! ****** also stopped by to check the work. Disassembling the old system in the attic, and getting them to the front yard was not an easy task; nor was moving the new equipment to the attic. Gave me some suggestions on maintaining it myself until they come back. Very professional, polite, and no recommendations on installing/repairing anything! My wife Lori and I purchased a home through Kenmark Homes and just recently moved in. We are so happy with the new home! The design, craftsmanship and the process was outstanding. From the sales process with Gramon, to the design with Tera, we enjoyed planning and envisioning our new home. Beyond that, the build process met every schedule and we could tell that there was great oversight over every phase of construction. Trey, our superintendent, was awesome, not only with that oversight, but also in making minor alterations for us and communicating during construction, in walkthroughs and even after closing. We then met with Colleen to discuss warranties and the warranty process. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. We had heard wonderful things from our new neighbors about Trey and Colleen and they were right. It is clear that Kenmark is committed to their customers, throughout the building process and beyond.
Had a nasty flood about a month ago. 10/10 service, and I would recommend them to everyone. They identified the issue and handled it with extreme professionalism and in a quick manner. I Love Boarding at this facility. They take exceptional care of my horses. It is a beautiful place that is well kept. The owners are really nice people. Hugo the head ranch hand is very knowledgeable of horses and takes great care of all the horses here. I highly recommend boarding here.

We had Pro Serve Plumbing install a complete water system ( Flow Tech Scale and Water Filtration ). Their techs did a fantastic job installing the equipment making sure it was neat and in the correct place to not clutter our garage. They answered any and all questions and double checked to make sure system was working properly. I want to thank Micha, Dylan and Tim for all their hard work and making sure we were satisfied with the job.
