“I can't say enough good things about this vet. The quick and easy communication when ordering medications and setting up appointments. The customer service at the front desk. Everyone treating your dog like it is their own. The vet!!!! Don't get me started on Dr.Josh... He is the most kind, compassionate, understanding, validating, honest, upfront, relatable, warm man. He has helped my fur baby for a couple of years now. Recently he helped me peacefully send my baby to doggy heaven. The love I felt from this team was unmatched. I recommend everyone use this clinic/hospital/vet. 10 stars. Thank you to everyone on staff for what you've done for me and for my baby“

“Very attentive to my pup’s respiratory virus - got him in promptly and we used the back door because he might have been contagious. We were in and out, including with prescriptions, in less than 15 minutes.“

“I have been taking my pets to Midway Hollow for over a decade. appointments are super easy. The staff is ridiculously warm and caring. The doctors I all trust completely. My last visit gave me sticker shock. My cat had a sprained paw, so an x-ray was definitely needed to see if there was a break...but $170.00 for one? With visit, antibiotic for a paw puncture, pain med, x-ray, and I was presented with a bill for $392.00. I felt victimized. They have this huge renovation going on with the office. I guess I am paying for their new wing. Disgruntled client.“

“I never write reviews. We went to the Dallas Animal Urgent Care on LBJ & Preston on a Sunday morning. Our dog had tore his back toe nail out so that it went under and stuck into his paw . He could not walk and was in pain. This had happened Saturday, the day before, but we hesitated to go to an emergency vet because we have gone to one before and it cost over $1,000 !
We called first and they were very nice. We walked in and immediately were checked in and put in a room. Within 15 minutes a vet ( not a tech - I asked if he was a vet)came in and we discussed the situation . They took my dog back , fixed his toe, showed us the nail , and discussed after care .
We were in and out in one hour! It cost $130.00 dollars.
We were extremely happy with the entire situation , the care, the people, and the outcome.

“Castle Hills Hospital has been nothing short of amazing for my puppy Lt. Winters! I’m a first time dog mom and had a lot of questions and concerns at our initial visit and Dr. Joy and his entire staff have been such great support! He also recently underwent his neutering surgery and they took such great care of him when I was so worried! They are so kind and caring and even followed up with me on how he was doing on Christmas Eve. I love the ability to text them with any questions or concerns and they respond so fast. Everyone we’ve encountered has gone out of their way to take great care of him (and me). Best vet around!“

“My dog “JayCee” is a rescue suffering from heart worms and severe neglect. The vet and staff at Allen Family Vet are super caring and so helpful answering questions and concerns with her care. Thanks to these people my fur baby is pulling through and living the best “woof life” ever!!! I have used so many vets in the past. “My sweet boy Chito LOVES Jesus at All Creatures. Thats his buddy! I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Clean facility. Definitely recommend!“
