Decent service, been going for a while. Appoinments rarely start on time and the Dr was almost 20 minutes late. No worries, it happens. But when you are late? Good luck. Front desk refused to reschedule my appointment or tell me how long I would need to wait to be fit in. Instead they wanted to be petty and bust my balls about not being there on time. No worries, I reschedule myself. Do I need to draw my own blood next time? Because I'm gonna need to be on the payroll if I have to do yalls jobs!“

“I’ve had a great experience with Trinity Integrated Medical. I originally started going there for IV Nutrition Therapy and later added chiropractic care as well. It’s a fantastic practice, and the entire staff is extremely kind, professional, and welcoming.

Mireya at the front desk really stands out. She is always checking in on me, helping schedule appointments, and even fitting me in when I’ve needed a same-day visit. She’s consistently sweet and helpful and makes every interaction a positive one.

The care itself has been excellent. The treatments are very thorough, and since combining the IV therapy with the chiropractic adjustments, I’ve noticed a real improvement in how I feel overall. Adding NAD+ to my IV treatments has also made a noticeable difference in my energy. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

“Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care was a positive experience overall, especially when you need quick care without a long wait. The medical team really made the visit better and helped us feel comfortable.

- She did a great job with my 9 year old son and made him feel at ease
- We were seen pretty quickly, which was appreciated

And the staff is just as great! They are all kind, patient, and very helpful.
