They have helped me greatly with my shoulder injury. I was in so much pain to the point I was in tears and couldn’t even sit or stand without my shoulder hurting. Now I’m to point where it may cause me slight discomfort but it’s no longer interfering with my daily life and I can work just fine throughout the day with little to no pain
