Landmark is so on top of things! I appreciate that they contacted us the day after my husband was discharged from the hospital and we have a Nurse Practioner coming tomorrow! They are so nice and we trust them.
I have been signed up since late last year. I have had 2 visits with Elizabeth, my PA. She checks my vitals, we discuss my current health. She answers any questions I have. And all done without me being made to feel I am a problem to anyone. She is helpful, friendly, gentle & professional.
Excellent service and compassionate caring by every Landmark Health representative and caregiver. They communicate well, arrive when they say and do a fantastic job.
