I first visited this clinic as a patient, and I had a really positive experience. Mrs. Philipose listened carefully to my concerns and recommended helpful resources for my health.
I later returned as a shadower and volunteer, where I was able to learn even more. I observed Mrs. Philipose’s interactions with patients and learned from Ms. Tehniyat how to perform tasks like conducting tests, drawing blood, and EKGs.
This clinic has helped me grow not only in my knowledge but also in understanding how to build meaningful relationships with both patients and healthcare professionals. I’m very grateful for my experience here.
