This is a wonderful friendly , knowledgeable and professional staff. The communication is open and straight forward. I was referred after being treated for a year at another podiatrist. I could only walk with extreme pain. After treatment at the Carrollton Foot Center and Dr. Khavari, I can walk and stay on my feet all day. I recently helped my daughter move into her third story apartment. I have referred other family members to Dr. Khavari.

The staff were helpful during my visit. I had some confusion with the follow-up and shipping of my medication. It took longer than expected, and a replacement package was sent before the original one arrived. The medication eventually reached me, and I appreciate the help. Better communication about shipment updates would make the experience smoother.
