“When my son moved from Atlanta to Nashville, his leather bed from Cantoni was not able to make the turn up the first flight of steps at his new townhouse. Just the headboard. Actually, neither was his couch. I called Cantoni, and they told me that the only option was to have the platform frame cut in half, bring up the stairs and reassembled. YIKES! I frantically called every furniture upholstery and repair company in Nashville. Most of them had no interest in dealing with the problem, and a couple that feigned interest never even bothered to call back. Except for Greg and Custom Resources... Greg not only came to look at the bed, but he and his son Luke proceeded to go to work on it right away, cutting it in half (I didn't want to look). Then they carried it upstairs and reassembled it. When I finally looked, I had to ask when it was cut. Yep,it was that good! It turned out that Greg had been building beds for 20 years. Talk about me being so lucky to have probably found the best guy in Nashville for the job. Not bad, huh, for an out-of-stater? The price was very reasonable, and he and Luke were great to work with. Your positive attitudes from the start convinced me you were the ones who would make it happen! By the way, Greg said he could work on the couch too... THANK YOU GREG!!!“

“I have only had great experiences with Joslin. They are reliable friendly. This town is growing and changing but Joslin remains to be the most reliable.

Just this past week I had two unexpected issues. They showed up the same day. They found it was so simple they didn’t find it necessary to charge me. The techs are professional and friendly and they always show up positive even if they have been working all day in the heat.

I’ve seen many companies who blatantly overcharge. Not Joslin. They are honest and only focused on resolving the issue rather than trying to sign you up for some membership.

The staff is warm and friendly as well. They are the best.

I was recommended by another local Franklin plumber a few years ago called Tweek The Leak who retired. He said Joslin is the only one he would trust and he was right as that’s been my experience.
