From the initial roof inspection to the final insurance payment, the entire project was an aggravation free experience. Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. The claims agent made the comment, Brent’s application was textbook, complete with pictures. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism on this project. When we asked friends for roof company referrals to address a roof concern, Brent was recommended. We liked him from the initial meeting because of his communication/teaching style, his thoroughness, and a demonstration of competence. He proved to be all those things, including someone we could trust that the job would get done without unpleasant surprises. He was an advocate for us with the roof company, making the insurance claim relatively simple for us. We highly recommend Brent and Lewis Roofing for any roof related work. Wonderful experience, kitchen & bathroom remodel- all crews were timely, friendly, professional, left workspace clean etc. We love our new kitchen and bathrooms so much!! Hope to do more with Lewis Construction in the future!
