Regularly, sales reps from various roofing companies knocked on my door, telling me they could work with my insurance to make it work - but Liberty wouldn’t budge. Will with Lewis Construction came by the house to inspect and offered a fair cash quote and patiently waited for me to figure out the financing. He was very understanding of my financial constraints.

From the initial roof inspection to the final insurance payment, the entire project was an aggravation free experience. Brent Gabele acted as a liaison between myself and Allstate setting up an adjuster appointment along with a supplemental payment to satisfy codes requirements. He also explained the process of building a roof and what was expected before, during and after the installation. The roofing team themselves worked like a well oiled machine. The claims agent made the comment, Brent’s application was textbook, complete with pictures. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism on this project.
