I am very disappointed in our purchase and the way that you all do business.We were told that we would be notified a couple days prior to delivery so we could set up day and time. We were actually notified 10 minuets prior to him arriving at our house, we had an appointment as it was our 34 year anniversary and we had plans. 1 man shows up to unload I asked him if he could do this on his own and he says yes but when we arrive home the play set was at end of driveway right on grass, he left us a note that we may need to hire someone with a bobcat to get it moved to the spot in yard we wanted it set up.
