“We built a new home with Turnberry and closed at the end of February 2026. Although we started with an existing plan, we made numerous modifications, and the entire team did an excellent job bringing our vision to life.

Sears Hallett was outstanding in translating our ideas into a well-designed plan and communicating clearly throughout. The design team, especially Ursula and Jade, guided us through extensive selection options and made it much more manageable.

Turnberry’s administrative processes including change management are truly best-in-class compared to other builders we’ve worked with. Cameron was consistently responsive and quick to address any questions during construction.

The quality of workmanship by Greg Stadther and his team was particularly notable. Greg’s team performed trim work including fireplace mantels, ceiling beams, and a Murphy door.

Corey Davis was always available and handled any issues professionally both during construction and after closing. Warranty items were also addressed promptly and efficiently by Turnberry’s subcontractors.

One area for improvement would be tighter construction process control to reduce errors, rework and enhance the customer’s experience. That said, some subcontractors, like Greg Stadther (trim), demonstrated excellent attention to detail and a “trust but verify” approach that would benefit the entire process if applied more broadly.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would strongly recommend Turnberry to anyone considering building a new home.“

“Olivia, Josue and the entire team were excellent. Initial contact and communication was timely and thorough throughout the project. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“

“The outback builder built my garage several years back and I was very happy with the result. This year, I had a tree fall on it from the ice storm so I contacted them. Even though they don't normally do repairs, they took the job since I was a previous client. I had another contractor look at is well and he even commented on how well it held up to the damage due to great craftmanship. I went with Outback because I felt they had a better understanding of the damage, and making sure it was fixed properly. My main contact through the whole process was the owner himself, and I never had any doubt that I was getting good work and a fair deal. He came out to assess the initial damage and at the end to make sure everything was done to his, and my satisfaction. The work was done quickly, with no hassle. Would highly recommend to anyone.“

“I had All Phase replace my worn gutters three years back and it was the best decision I could have made. They were prompt, and efficient and I LOVE my beautiful black gutters. I had the Leaf Blaster Pro installed as well since I have trees around my house and three years later I have yet to have an issue with drainage.

I've had cleaners come out and remark that there was nothing to clean because my gutters are clear. I was actually sitting in my car the other day admiring the torrent of water coming from the drains during a pretty sever rainstorm. Cannot recommend All Phase enough“

“We have hired Hastings / Josh for three different projects - from a small bathroom reno to a huge basically complete home build and will hire him again if we need to! Josh cares deeply about making sure his clients get what they want and in their budget while trying to ensure the work is done RIGHT and well. He’s involved in building science groups and built our house in a way that has made it SO efficient with utility bills, etc. He is also one of the only contractors I know / have heard of who will come back to fix anything that pops up down the road even months after a project is complete. Also he never swayed from his bid / upcharged me mid project - which is refreshing for contractors. Could not recommend more.“
