Celebration Homes, LLC
“We cannot say enough positive things about Joel and Pam at Celebration Homes! From the beginning, they represented the builder with professionalism and made sure we were able to close on our new home without any delays.
During our blue-tape walkthrough, they were incredibly thorough and identified items that we had not even noticed ourselves. After moving in, we discovered a few additional defects, including water damage shortly before leaving for vacation. Joel immediately took charge, ensured the source of the leak was accurately identified, coordinated all the necessary subcontractors, and made sure the repairs were completed while we were away.
Joel and Pam are both exceptional communicators who genuinely care about the homeowners they serve. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to resolving concerns have made a lasting impression on our family. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home or considering any of the other services offered through Celebration Homes!”
