“My wife and I were out looking for a new home in the Spring Hill, TN area. One of the last developments to see was Harvest Point. While driving in, It caught our eye immediately with the spacing of the homes and the beautiful designs. Most developments we looked at have the homes are close together.We decided to give a call to Celebration Homes to see a model. Tim Duncan walked us through and explained the process of purchasing a new home. It was at this point we learned we get to go to a design center and choose all the selections of our choice from fixtures, tile, carpets, molding, doors and more. This was extremely important to us investing this much money into our new home. Once we had a floor plan chosen, Tim escorted us around the development and helped us pick out an available lot that could fit the floor plan. Tim Duncan made the process less stressful and answered all of our questions.A few weeks later it was time for the Design Center. We were introduced to Jessica Gary who immediately took all the pressure off by helping make us comfortable and use her experience to pick the best selections for an award winning home. Jessica’s experience in the Design Center was extremely helpful. She made the day relaxed while choosing different designs. Even after we left that day, we started second guessing on some of our selections and Jessica helped us make any changes we decided. I was that person who could not make up my mind and Jessica was always there patiently and professionally helping us.Once the ground breaking day was set, Brian Wingler, the project manager called to give us an up to date progress report. Brian kept us up to date every step of the way once they broke ground. Every Friday I would receive a three way call from Tim Duncan and Brian Wingler with the progress that week and what was expected in the coming days. At times I would receive photos and a video of the progress made which was really nice being out of state. I traveled several times to the home during the build and Brian guided me through our new home, pointing things out and answered any questions.
