Contractors in Brentwood

“Truthfully, there is no such thing as a “perfect” home. There is always a few warranty/final walk thru fixes as expected. With that said, we are more than pleased with our home purchase in Sycamore Grove, Murfreesboro TN!

Backstory** We had a previous horror experience with Celebration Homes in Spring Hill/Columbia 2 years ago to which we almost didn’t even consider Celebration Home’s neighborhoods in Murfreesboro.
After reading positive reviews online for Celebration Homes in Murfreesboro, I was relieved to know that the Agent onsite was a woman named Kim and the Project Manager was a guy named Chad. We took a chance.. & Looking back I’m glad we gave it a chance!!
Project Manager Chad & Agent Kim is what made all the difference!! I hope that their hard work and efforts are recognized. Without them this wouldn’t be a 5 star review.

I am a true believer that when it comes to builders in Tennessee.. the Project Manager and Onsite Agent is what makes all the difference!!

In addition, whomever at the design center whom picked out all the home selections you did a beautiful job!! It would have been everything I would have chosen personally! Beautiful floor-plan, colors, & design!“

“Olivia, Josue and the entire team were excellent. Initial contact and communication was timely and thorough throughout the project. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“

“We built a new home with Turnberry and closed at the end of February 2026. Although we started with an existing plan, we made numerous modifications, and the entire team did an excellent job bringing our vision to life.

Sears Hallett was outstanding in translating our ideas into a well-designed plan and communicating clearly throughout. The design team, especially Ursula and Jade, guided us through extensive selection options and made it much more manageable.

Turnberry’s administrative processes including change management are truly best-in-class compared to other builders we’ve worked with. Cameron was consistently responsive and quick to address any questions during construction.

The quality of workmanship by Greg Stadther and his team was particularly notable. Greg’s team performed trim work including fireplace mantels, ceiling beams, and a Murphy door.

Corey Davis was always available and handled any issues professionally both during construction and after closing. Warranty items were also addressed promptly and efficiently by Turnberry’s subcontractors.

One area for improvement would be tighter construction process control to reduce errors, rework and enhance the customer’s experience. That said, some subcontractors, like Greg Stadther (trim), demonstrated excellent attention to detail and a “trust but verify” approach that would benefit the entire process if applied more broadly.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would strongly recommend Turnberry to anyone considering building a new home.“
