I have trust issues with contractors but Rusty is an exception! Please, don’t waste your money hiring the giant foundation repair guys you see on tv! I got 2 quotes the first one was sky high, the second one was lower but still unreasonable. Rusty came to assess the basement problems and I was surprised he praised our almost century old house as in good shape. In short, I spent only a portion of the other guys quoted. He did not discuss unnecessary repairs only what was really needed. He sent his 2 sons who were very respectful and hardworking kids. I’m so proud of Thomas and Brady such exceptional kids their age! I am happy with the waterproofing, moisture barrier and ellis jacks they installed. They made the floors very solid and not creaking anymore. The basement is so far dry after a few days of rain. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, Rusty can be rest assured I will be recommending him to everybody. Thank you, Rusty!
I partnered with Wade and his team on a Four Seasons room project, and they truly exceeded my expectations. Their job site was one of the cleanest I’ve ever worked on. I tell clients the way trades leave a job site speaks volumes about how they care about your home. They were organized, professional, and respectful from start to finish. Wade even jumped in and helped troubleshoot a challenging chandelier installation and it was much appreciated. I look forward to working together again for future projects.
John Romero and his crew was very professional and timely. John stayed in touch with me and always responded to me if I had a question. After the project was completed (only took 3 days) the crew not only took everything off the porch before the project, they put everything back. I love my new roofing on my porch and can't thank them enough! Definitely Recommend!

I had a massage with Mary and it was fantastic. You are in a private room with dim lights, soft music, and running water sounds. Mary was very attentive and asked questions to find problem areas as well as how much pressure you needed. I would recommend and will be back.

I'm used to taking my husband there for Tara to beautify him, but today was our daughter's time to have her special day. She doesn't get out much due to wheelchair limitations, but Tiana Williams treated her so wonderfully! Usually Eliza has social anxieties, but they got along infamously! I had my hair cut today for the first time by one of the ladies there and she did an absolutely awesome job especially after I just had a bad experience from another salon in Soddy!! I asked for long layers and she did exactly what I asked for!! The price was also very good! I will definitely be going back!! These ladies are the BEST and make you feel like family!! Kara has been my go-to stylist for years and she always delivers 100% kn what I ask for and makes great recommendations for at home products and styling tips. The price for quality and outcome is exactly where I want to spend when it comes to these services. Place is always clean and they offer some beverages as well :) i even go to them for my massages when I can get one in. One stop shop!
My furnace has been terrible for a few years. A dude came out and looked at it. Said it was the flux capacitor and for this baby to hit 88 degrees I needed to replace this part. Went ahead with it now it maintains 88 all winter.
Recently took my car in for what I thought was brake pads, nope, turned out to be the front and back full. My son recommended this place. They were wonderful! They were professional, caring (so glad that I had finally gotten my brakes checked), prices were reasonable and they did it in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone. American Door and Window is a medium-sized company that offers a level of personal service that reminds one of a caring 'mom & pop' business. Last summer one of my heavy-framed, tempered glass storm doors 'blew out' into a zillion pieces. After pricing a replacement at nearly 200$, my neighbour suggested I try American. I'm glad I did! I dropped the frame off, and the completed job was ready in less than a week (despite it being in the 'busy time') and having to be special ordered from a bulk supplier. In addition to repairs, American offers new installation and bid work to area contractors and home owners. Sorry, but I had to deduct one star, as American does not accept credit cards. Check or cash only! American is between 'new' Hwy 27 and the 'old' Hwy 27 on Harrison Road, across from a Hardies location.
We had such a great experience at The Hair Co. We stopped in after visiting the Soddy Library and so glad we did. The older gentlemen did a wonderful job with my 2.5 year old boy and 6 year old girl. He was so patient and took his time!

Had an unexpected knee injury late on a Saturday night. Was able to schedule an appt online overnight with Fast Pace, and get fully registered before they opened on Sunday. We were in and out within 45 minutes with a diagnosis and shots that helped quickly. Highly recommend this urgent care when you are not able to wait to get in with your regular doctor. Everyone on staff were so helpful.

Both our pups are Camelot pups. Our Du Hoc has spent time there both for training and boarding. Malice, our new baby, and Du Hoc both stayed there for the holidays while we were visiting family. We love Camelot! We know our dogs are well taken care of, safe, and loved while there. These babies are part of our family and it’s important to have a place I trust take care of them when we are away. Both dogs love their time there as well! I wouldn’t want them to go anywhere else!

These are the best people. Dave is super awesome! They are all very helpful. I appreciate their transparency and kindness so much. I highly recommend them for your needs. Just remember during fall and winter they get pretty busy and can take a little longer time, but that is normal. I never had to complain about wait time even during the winter months. Again, they are a great bunch! Super happy.
