Eddie and Ethan arrived on time, were courteous, and worked hard to clean our ducts. Eddie showed us before and after pictures. The ozone treatment at the end gave a wonderful freshness to our home. And it is reassuring to have the dryer vent clean again. I would recommend Ducts to my neighbors in Hixson/Chattanooga.
For 5 years I’ve had worsening allergies and many inspectors and allergists involved! I wish I had been told about this company sooner! Terry and Missy and the staff are honest, knowledgeable and CARING! I have been absolutely miserable with eczema and Terry and the crew found the mold, as well as fiberglass breaking down and getting in through the basement and irritating my skin and eyes. This has been a nightmare but they were a silver lining. I’m impressed they figured it out and remedied it so quickly and recommend others to help me fully restore this problem. I’m looking forward to feeling better and truly appreciate the dedication to making homes healthier. 🙏
