We moved to Tennessee in December and have had some issues with medical insurance and finding good care , Dr. DiChiara was very good in responding to my pain and medical needs , Which I unfortunately live with . Within a week I had my Consultation and they immediately contacted my insurance company ! They obtained needed authorizations for Lumbar epidural Injections Within one week. I had my consult and procedure completed !! The Nurse that assisted was wonderful, caring and understanding and went above and beyond for me!! ( can’t find her name ) I am so grateful to have found them and will continue to use them as they are all wonderful !!! I highly recommend the offices in Morristown and Sevierville .

I have had Evan Stinnett cutting my hair from the beginning of his career as a Barber. He has also given me the best haircut and even a better experience. Evan is a modern old school Barber. He can do it all. I’m very picky over who can touch my beard and Evan is the only one I trust with my beard.

This by far, is my favorite place to tan! Staff is super super friendly and helpful. Very clean and has the best tanning beds. Utopia tan and spa gives the best tanning experience, and it’s so relaxing. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were visiting Pigeon Forge this week. I had my nails done where I live the week before, but I had chipped my thumb nail. It was going to be a week before I could go to my regular shop. I stopped by The Nail Lounge to see if they could fix it for me. Lynn was very nice. She took the time to help me find the matching color and matched it perfectly. I had the cat eyes design and she fixed it perfectly. She also did not charge me anything. I told her I would be happy to pay her, but she said no. Most people would not have done this for free. I really appreciated her taking the time to make me happy. I would definitely go there again. Going to see Cass today was one of the best decisions I have made all year! I have been skipping around like a kid to make my curls bounce and haven't stopped smiling since I walked out of the salon. I have really curly hair and have had some baaaaad experiences over the years (shout out to spending middle school looking like a poodle!) I have had it cut by multiple stylists at Shear Maddness and have never walked out unhappy! The salon has such a great vibe and you will not be disappointed.

This was such an emotional and important haircut/color for us. It was our daughter's 12th birthday and very first haircut. She went from long to short hair.Not only did Robert deliver and cut her hair EXACTLY like she wanted, he helped make her day special.Very professional and inspirational.His personality was fantastic, and his witness/testimony was very inspiring. Completely opposite of what we expected and very pleased.

Tony was very prompt, courteous and efficient. He did an outstanding job for us. He connected 3 new sinks, water lines and traps, (partial bathroom remodel's) and fixed our leaking kitchen sink flange. He had to run out to get some needed parts without an issue. He does solid and clean work, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I would recommend Tony without hesitation.

We recently bought an RO from King Pure Water, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Our tech Landon could not have been more courteous or professional. Rebecca in the office was super nice and answered all my questions. If you need great water, call King Pure water!

Keith and Jerry did a great job on the carpet at our cabin! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. They took pride in their work and the company. Keith had been with the company around 15 years I believe in Jerry around 30 or 40 years. You would have thought it was their company because of their work ethic and concern for good customer service. They were friendly and took time to answer questions. I also thought their pricing was fair. The carpet looks great! We will definitely be using them again!

Amazing facility, doctors and staff. Evidently devoted to excellence and attentiveness. I’ve personally experienced these doctors as a peer chiropractor. They sincerely show up as students while the labor as profoundly established practitioners.

Our recent visit with Tri County Veterinary for Autumn was wonderful! The staff always greets you with a smile. The Vets are always kind and knowledgeable. The whole staff treats every animal like their own and are very lovable ❤️ to them. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their animals. Dr. Bea is the most amazing vet I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve used her in the past with a sick fur baby so she was exactly who I needed when my precious Bella needed her. She hated car rides and became so anxious when going to the vet office. So I called Dr. Bea and she came right over. She is so loving and caring for both the pet and the owner. Her kindness and compassion cannot be beat. My baby had a very peaceful passing in her mommas arms. Thank you Dr. Bea for helping me through a very difficult time. You are truly God sent.
My poor boy is suffering with terrible ear infections. Thankfully, Parkway Animal Hospital was able to slip us in, last minute, between appointments to get him on a steroid and antibiotics!! They are wonderful!!

They were absolutely amazing, took my puppy in and they were straight to the point, was in there for maybe 15 minutes and they already had came in to tell me what was wrong and what they were going to do to help. Very reasonable payment options and payment plans are available if needed, all of the staff were very sweet on top of that. I received a call the next day from them making sure my puppy was okay, overall I 100% will be going back with any future problems with any of my pets.
Great people here for sure, very caring to the pets and also care about how the owners feel as well. They take their time to make sure the pets are always first of mind, safe and happy.

I received a gift card for my birthday for a 60 min Swedish massage by Bre and it was amazing. She asked the appropriate questions and make me feel very comfortable. I felt very refreshed and tension is gone in my back from my visit. She is very attentive to detail esp in the areas that you mention that need it the most. I will be coming back in the future

I don’t know how anyone could be disappointed in their stay here. I have stayed all over the smokies and for a quick weekend trip this is now my favorite. Lem was a wonderful host. The cabin, grounds and everything was clean, well appointed and as described. The amenities were great. Lem’s communication was perfect and the view is absolutely Unforgettable. We will be back. Don’t forget to bring Daisy, the horse, some treats!
