Great people here for sure, very caring to the pets and also care about how the owners feel as well. They take their time to make sure the pets are always first of mind, safe and happy.
Warning. I really like the staff and vets here, but a recent visit left me with a near $10 service fee for using a debit card to pay. That’s bold! And pretty sneaky. With all of the signage on the counter, around the counter, on the walls and on the doors there was no notice of this fee. Pay in cash? I don’t normally carry that much. Vet bills are expensive.
We were on vacation in Gatlinburg and our dog became injured. They were the only clinic that was willing to see a dog on vacation, and they were absolutely wonderful! They showed the vet a pic of our dog's injury so we could get a quick opinion to help overnight. Then the met with us first thing in the morning! I was expecting a large bill, but the cost was actually much less than we would have paid in KS. And they were willing to answer questions via phone after the appointment!
