We recently had emergencies with 2 of my fur babies. We had to put them down exactly 1 month apart. We were not clients of this practice but they helped us at a time of great need and were so kind and caring in helping us deal with the loss of our 2 girls. We are forever grateful to them.

This clinic, and Dr. Snow, deserve 10 STARS!!! My husband and I were visiting Pigeon Forge for the first time with our dog, Blackie. Blackie had a toe amputation 3.5 weeks prior and was still wearing a bandage. We noticed last night that the bandage smelled bad and was discolored. After calling three closer vets this morning, and being turned away by all of them, I called Sevier County Animal Clinic. Although they were fully booked today, after telling the super kind receptionist our situation, they gave Blackie an appointment just two hours later. Dr. Snow was super kind, and very experienced. I like this office but they make you wait with your anxious pet for an hour or longer. Then charge you for every word they say. The office staff is great now not like before when the girls up front were brutally rude and lazy. The staff now is awesome
