About Sevier County VA Outpatient Clinic

Sevier County VA Outpatient Clinic is recognized for its compassionate care and attentive staff. Patients appreciate the dedication of their doctors, especially Dr. Hollandsworth, who is noted for being caring and understanding. Many veterans feel well taken care of, with positive experiences related to medication management and personal follow-ups from the pharmacy. However, some reviews mention limitations in resources, as the clinic may refer patients to the ER for certain services, like EKGs. The waiting room experience is typical for VA facilities, with long wait times and an outdated television selection. Overall, the clinic is praised for its commitment to veterans, offering essential care and support, even if some services are limited.

Love my VA now. Got rid of my first Dr. because he didn't care and was supposed to be retiring. I now have one that listens and she cares. Here is the first time the pharmacy has taken it upon themselves to get my meds right. I received personal phone calls just to see if thing were working out.

My boyfriend is a vet and has gone here several times. They don't do much, just his medication. He need an ekg today and they told him to go to the ER. All my doctors have them in the office. He hasn't been out of the house in over a week. They just disregarded his health.

Front desk was great, nurse was very attentive, and Dr Hollandsworth is by far the most compassionate and caring doctor I have been to in a long time. I am very thankful and blessed this is my VA Clinic.
